Project Management Bootcamp - Live Class
About Course
This intensive 2-eekend bootcamp is designed to provide a practical, hands-on introduction to project management. Rather than focusing on heavy theory, the program emphasizes learning by doing.
Participants will work in small teams to plan and execute a mini project from start to finish. On the first day, they will learn core concepts and immediately apply them by defining a project idea, creating a project charter, building a Work Breakdown Structure, and developing a basic timeline and backlog.
On the second day, participants will simulate real-world execution using Agile practices. They will run a sprint, manage tasks using Trello, track progress, and adapt to changes just like in a real project environment.
Throughout the bootcamp, the learning experience follows a Learn → Apply → Reflect cycle, ensuring participants not only understand concepts but also gain practical experience.
By the end of the program, each team will deliver a portfolio-ready mini project, including a project plan, task board, and presentation giving participants the confidence and foundational skills to begin their project management journey.
