Instructor Rules

These Teacher Rules (“Rules”) govern the use of the [Platform Name] online learning platform (“Platform”) by instructors, trainers, and course creators (“Teachers,” “You”). By creating and delivering courses on the Platform, Teachers agree to comply with the following provisions.

1.1 Teachers must act in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner towards students, fellow instructors, and Platform staff. 1.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited. 1.3 Teachers must foster an inclusive, supportive, and constructive learning environment.

2.1 All course materials, including videos, documents, and assessments, must be original or properly licensed. 2.2 Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of third-party content is prohibited. 2.3 Teachers are responsible for ensuring that their courses are accurate, relevant, and free from misleading or false information. 2.4 Content must comply with all applicable laws and the Platform’s content guidelines.

3.1 Teacher accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is not permitted. 3.2 Teachers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. 3.3 Teachers must update and maintain their courses to ensure continued accuracy, accessibility, and functionality. 3.4 Courses must meet the minimum quality standards set by the Platform (e.g., clear audio, structured curriculum, appropriate assessments).

4.1 Teachers must treat all students fairly and without discrimination. 4.2 Teachers are responsible for responding to student inquiries, assignments, and feedback within a reasonable time frame. 4.3 Teachers must not solicit personal information from students beyond what is necessary for the course. 4.4 Teachers are prohibited from engaging in direct financial transactions with students outside of the platform without prior written consent from the platform.

5.1 Teachers shall not use the Platform to distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or irrelevant promotional content. 5.2 Any attempt to manipulate Platform systems, ratings, or reviews is strictly forbidden. 5.3 Teachers must respect the confidentiality of Platform data and refrain from unauthorized use or disclosure.

6.1 Teachers shall be compensated in accordance with the Platform’s published payment and revenue-sharing policies. 6.2 Teachers must comply with all applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction. 6.3 Fraudulent enrollment practices or attempts to artificially inflate revenue will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

7.1 Any violation of these Rules may result in one or more of the following: Formal warning issued by the Platform. Removal or suspension of specific courses. Temporary or permanent suspension of Teacher account. Forfeiture of unpaid earnings. Legal action in cases involving infringement, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

8.1 Teachers must communicate with Platform staff and students through designated channels in a professional manner. 8.2 Teachers are encouraged to monitor announcements and updates regularly to remain informed of Platform policies. 8.3 Suggestions and feedback must be provided respectfully and constructively.
