Welcome to Learners Edge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Learners Edge platform, services, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Learners Edge.
1.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2.1 Users are required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
2.4 You must notify Learners Edge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.1 Learners Edge provides online learning, mentoring, and related services.
3.2 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Some services require payment via subscription plans, one-time purchases, or other fees (“Paid Services”).
5.2 All fees are stated in [currency] and are subject to applicable taxes.
5.3 Payment must be made via the payment methods provided on the Platform.
5.4 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5.5 Refunds are handled in accordance with the Platform’s Refund Policy.
6.1 Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings.
6.2 Learners Edge may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the Platform.
6.3 Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
7.1 Users may submit content such as comments, questions, or forum posts (“User Content”).
7.2 You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Learners Edge a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for Platform purposes.
7.3 You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
7.4 Learners Edge is not responsible for any User Content and may remove any content at its discretion.
8.1 The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
8.2 Learners Edge makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.
8.3 The Platform does not guarantee specific results from using the services.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learners Edge is not liable for:
9.2 Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Learners Edge, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Learners Edge collects and processes personal information according to its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection, use, and disclosure of information.
Learners Edge may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts in the province of Ontario.
